I’ve used ProTech for 3 claims over the last 18 years. Unfortunately, disaster usually strikes when you’re least expecting it. I’ve been able to reach out to my insurance and bring in ProTech Services and contain the issue in a short amount of time. They have been able to explain the process to help me understand the next steps so that I can understand what to expect and what I’m paying for. Insurance claims can be complicated however their IICRC certified technician Adriana is amazing at breaking down the work done and mapping it to the expenses incurred. That really helps to understand the expenses. I’d highly recommend this talented group of water damage professionals.
